Dear ladies and gentlemen of the HB and the UB,
Let's highlight everything in a mail about the campaign. Everyone CCed in this mail has a part that involves them. HR, and Financial will find their parts at the end. Please follow through and everything is mentioned.

The Idea:
Efficiency week in action with AUC students. Introducing how we have been efficient for 10 years now and that we can help them be efficient as well.
Recruiting Delegates and showing them how to be efficient by following up on their target goals till they achieve them.
The objectives:
1. Develop AUC Students.
2. Restoring AYB image.
3. Showing off our achievements in Ain ElSira and in AUC.
4. Show AUCians that we develop the people and children of Ain ElSira as well as you. - Publicize VISION.
Booth Design:
**undecided yet** - Mayada will get back with another idea by Tuesday at 6.
Checklist *VS not Against* Clock.
Alashanek Ya Balady Booth Head Banner.
Daily obligations and distractions as little decorations.
Our faces printed instead of the time.
+ anything to be added or removed later.
PR tools:
I فول time hashtag and Banners/ flyers/ stickers --> عربيه فول للفطار
Coffee Machine with the breakfast.
Mega Phone announcing end of classes and their starting time + come grab your breakfast
Teasing Banners with **police car OR policeman arresting someone** announcing 10 years.
Tri-Banner in the middle of plaza.
Red Book (several - 1 in front of each building) - to write their achievements.
Stickers with *iServe* - *I killed Procrastination* ... etc.
AYB stickers - Clock sticker

AUC Times to cover our Campaign.
Kashkol for notebooks as a sponsor to distribute giveaways.
Distributing Calendars / day planners from a sponsor or as AYB AUC.--> check budget.
Facebook Page and event.
Activities to be Done:
Public Speaker during Assembly in plaza
Grab your breakfast
Doctors' vlogs to be aired by Adham Center.
Costumes and things needed for the theme:
Police badges
Police Caps
AYB new t-shirts --> if we could figure out a way to sell the others.
AYB Police arm badge.
ground stickers for the dead *i killed procrastination* corpse. - small and big.
HR's role:
Training for members to campaign.
Training on how to couch someone.
Financial Role:
Contacting Redbull to come and distribute giveaways.
Contactng Kashkool for giveaways as well.
OC and Financial must discuss the cost of this campaign.
