Dear students,

Want to know how to plan your events? What is the project life cycle? What are the deliverables of any event? Do you know how to prepare a checklist? A Gantt chart? A time sheet? What is the WBS and how to make it!!

You will get to know all this by attending the Project Management Training Session next Tuesday, February 19 1-5:30, Room P019, Conference Center.
The training will be delivered by Mr. Ayman Etman, the head of training and consultation at EMEND.

This training is mandatory. The president/or vice/ logistics head should attend it. If more than one attendee is coming from your organization please email me stating the name, id and contact info.

The club which will not have a representation in the session will not be able to have their events held throughout the semester and shall have no support from the Office of Student Development.

Lunch and Refreshments will be served.
