There is a great opportunity for Project Managment Training. You will be Want to learn:
- how to plan for your events.
- What is the project life cycle.
- What are the deliverables of any event
- How to prepare a checklists, Gantt chart, time sheet.
- learn what is the WBS & how to make it.
