Hey all,

Since I've noticed that the upper don't fill out the biweekly report, I've sent you the upper version of it. still copyrights goes back to HR directory. However, I'll need to sit with each one of you individually before next sunday so choose a day and time or I'll choose for you. 

Please fill this and send it to me before thursday midnight. I need to know what has been happening and what's the progress so far. 

The Upper Board meeting will be settled for Tuesdays and Fridays from now on inshaAllah, so set your clocks and calendars. 

The individual meetings will be to discuss progress and updates, Job description and Evaluation, so make sure that you have the time to sit and talk.

I'm open any day at any time, so choose asap.
