Dear Board,

Hope this email finds you well.

Kindly advise me with the means we cn gather forces for our database collection day in Ain al-Siera, that would be on Friday 23rd of February 2013 from 10am till 3pm Maximum.

We need as much volunteers as we can to get the job done easily and as fast as we could.

Kindly inform me with the members who have any statistical background, to assign them as team leaders.

We will be moving in teams, and would like to talk first with anyone who have previous experience with the families.

A meeting will be set on tuesday to discuss everything with the volunteers and the team leaders, and how to conduct the survey/database meetings with the families.

Please note that if we could not meet our target within one day, we will repeat the process on the rest of un-interviewed families.

Kindly as well send me a detailed report from the programs heads on what exactly they would like to know of the families' characteristics, to include the desired questions in our database survey.

Any questions sent after the 20th of February will be disregarded.
