Dear UB,

For more efficiency in coordination and reporting, Mohammed Donia and myself have decided to divide the follow-up and reporting processes of the directories among us.

So as from today, Mohammed Donia will be responsible for PROGRAMS and RND - Ain ElSira related stuff.

and I'll be responsible for OC, HR, and Financial - on campus and strategic stuff.

This is to make it easier in communication and better output. I hope it suits everyone.
