Dear Student Leaders,

 

Hope this email finds you well and in good health.

 

Please note that the Office of Student Development (OSD) will be holding the booth reservation meeting on Saturday, February 9th, at meeting room PO19 from 11 A.M.

 

We will be receiving your booth reservations throughout the whole semester and try to accommodate those reservations as much as we can.

 

You are highly encouraged to prepare your calendar and attend that meeting or send your representative, otherwise your organization will lose the right to reserve any booth during the spring semester unless if available.

 

Please forward this email to the person in charge in case you are not in charge any more or at least let me know.
