Dear Student leaders,
Our first training session of the semester is Tuesday, February 5th from 1-4pm at P022.
The training will include but not limited to:
1. Guidelines and procedures of the office of student development.
2. An intro about who does what at the office
3. Quick review about the fundraising procedures, finances, reservations, space usage, travel procedures and trip planning, announcement venues…etc.
4. Another in-depth session to be made later in the semester to elaborate more about the finances and fundraising.
5. Coffee break.
Attendance is Mandatory for presidents and/or vice presidents or any of your senior organization members
Members of the team are welcomed to join the gathering.
