ü Should have 5 to 8 years of GCC experience in Tendering / Contracts
ü Should be able to independently handle costing, Pricing, Estimation and Rate Analyzes
ü Salary will be Qrs 7000 + Shared Bachelor Accommodation + Transportation + Company Mobile + other benefits as per the company policy
The Job Description for the “ Contracts Administrator “ will be as follows;
(1) 1.1) During the execution of a project, advise the Project Manager regarding important contract clauses, variations, claims, etc…that will favor the company.
1.2) Work closely with the planning department and send important contractual letters to client.
1.3) Track all necessary BG’s and other financial guarantees due / expiring with the client.
1.4) Monitor the project contractually and raise red flags where it’s necessary.
(2) Verify all tender documents and its contractual clauses, and advise tendering manager regarding important / vital clauses that can affect / impact on the project.
(3) 3.1) Prepare Sub Contract agreements for all projects of MTC
3.2) Maintain all records pertaining to :
3.2.1) Sub contractual administration with correspondence with sub-contractors that requires their compliance.
3.2.2) Attend to conflict resolution.
II. Category: Accountant

ü Post & B.Com graduate
ü 30 – 35 years old
ü With minimum 5-10 years of experience as Accountant
ü Well versed in Tally, Auditing skill or any related accounting system. Must be good in MS Office and mail correspondence
ü 2 years contract & renewable
ü Salary: QR 4,000 – 5,000 (plus company accommodation & transportation)
ü Other benefits as per Qatar Labour Law

3) Processing of Employees settlement (Includes leave salary reconciliation & consolidation)
4) Processing of Equipment suppliers payment (Full & partial)
5) Bank Guarantees process
6) Processing of Payroll (Workers time card preparation, General/Division basis for staff, General/Division basis for Workers
7) Tracking of Mobilization/Demobilization/LPOs
8) Asset Registration
9) Final Reconciliation & Consolidation (All suppliers, leave salaries, EOS, all clients, payroll, assets & etc.)
10) Stock auditing
11) Verification of Civil & Equipment rentals
