Ever since I got this chromebook the spell checker does not work. I know that chrome is working to spell check, since I have a windows 10 laptop, the spell checker works, and I am signed into the same account on both devices.
Every website works on my windows 10 laptop. to spell check. However, using mmy chromebook and I go to the same website, I intentionally      spell a word wrong, go back to that word and press search plus M for the chrome menu misspelled suggestions  are not shown. Chromevox does not even say that the word was misspelled. Is anyone else having this problem? And if anyone is wondering I have done the following Did a power wash, Reset cache and settings and tried switching to different channels

What is Braille mode? I could not find anything in the chromevox menus or options.

hello:
braille mode is a docs setting it is in tools accessibility settings and your situation is egsaclty why i think this workaround sucks. no one knows about braille mode and having to turn it off and on is a  roil pain i wish they would murge both modes and get    rid of the witching accessiblity on and off and braille on and off why not have one accessable  mode from the start

Spellcheck works fine for me on windows using chrome. It’s chromevox in Chrome  chrome os that has issues.
