Codalab competitions are public now

Dear AXOLOTL'24 participants,

Codalab competitions are now created for both AXOLOTL subtasks:

1) Subtask 1: https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/18009
2) Subtask 2: https://codalab.lisn.upsaclay.fr/competitions/18008

You are more than welcome to register and get yourself familiar with the
interface or submit your predictions for the development sets, to make
sure your code produces correct formatting.

As a reminder, the test sets will be published on March 25, and you will
have time until April 9 to submit your predictions on the test sets.
This will have to be done via Codalab. We encourage to first try it out
with the development data.

Please let us know if you encounter any problems with Codalab.

In addition, we made yet another (hopefully the last) fix to the Russian
train and development datasets, so make sure to run `git pull` once
again. In short, we removed target words lacking instances from the
`old` time period. There were very few of them, so it probably will not
influence your work much.

Good luck, and feel free to ask any questions you might have - here in
the mailing list or in GitHub issues.
