Dear AXOLOTLers,
As you might have already noticed, the LChange'24 deadlines were
extended a bit, so if you have submitted a paper, your reviews and
acceptance decisions will come June 26 at the latest (see
https://www.changeiskey.org/event/2024-acl-lchange/).
We sincerely hope all of your submissions will be accepted; then you
will have it until July 5th to prepare the camera-ready versions of your
papers.
Right now, we (AXOLOTL'24 organizers) are doing our best to prepare the
final version of the shared task description paper as soon as possible,
so that you could refer to it in your papers. We expect it push it to
arXiv before the end of June.
Stay tuned, and good luck with your reviews!

we have all your names and paper titles, so we can create *.bibs to cite your papers ourselves, if you have not shared a *.bib with us yet. Please let us know if you plan to change your paper's title in the camera ready.
If you used the German test data, please cite not only our paper, but also its creator's thesis, as specified here:

it in your camera-ready submissions.
It will appear on arXiv soon.
In case you find any striking inconsistencies in the way we are
describing your approaches, please get in touch, so that we can fix it.
