Unstable branch

A quick note to tell that there is a lot of recent developments in the "unstable" branch on github.

Radical changes include:

* no more usb-serial port, but vendor-specific bulk usb

* midi class compliant usb device

* clearer object format. If you made custom objects by yourself, this will break them, but easy enough fix.

If you're playing a stadium rock concert next week with Axoloti, it is best to stick to known-tested stuff.

If you discover problems, filing an issue on github is the preferred way to notify me, and helps in general to keep track of issues.
