I'm trying to get some help. I'm using 5.8.1 and the choice macros are not working. I've tried everything.

Is there a page where I could maybe roll back to a previous version?

Yes, in this version there is an error with this macro.
You can remove the $apples variable from the <<choice>> macro and check the value of the system variable $$choice.
We will correct this error in the next update.
