Spam via AXLIB

Just a quick note to apologise for today's serving of spam and
previous incidents of this.

As a result of these issues, I have now amended the group's settings
so that postings from new members must be approved before
distribution.

If this fails to prevent further instances of spam, it's possible we
may need to consider moderating all posts - but I hope this won't be
necessary.

Thanks Ian. I can see the Spammer's point though about boobs being usable and stuff...but hooters clearly have no place in Axlib.
