hi alexandre,

the usual way to run the demo is:

- register to axisplugins.com, under your 'My Account' at
axisplugins.com you will find the Demo Activation Code (AC).

- copy and paste this AC into the field that appears after you have
clicked 'Entrer Code d'Activation' in the eLicenser Control Center
(eLCC). now the license will be downloaded to your selected eLicenser.

- after the download of the AC is finished, you have to start the
license usage period. you can do this via the eLCC. click on the red
written 'All Axis Plug-ins' license in the right list. then select
from the menu tabs 'Actions' and click on 'Start License Usage
Period...'

after the license usage period has been started you are ready to go.

have you an other host like cubase etc. ? if yes, do you get the same
behaviour there ?

what version of live have you installed on what system ?
