A round of CONGRATULATIONS to all for putting in your best efforts & given a couple of more sessions, some of you would have done even better. (However the need to STRETCH A LITTLE MORE & GO THAT EXTRA MILE in the future has to be kept in mind) The TOP 5 MARKS out of 80 (Only C, E, G & I Sections):

1.    DONGA NIKHIL KANTIBHAI : 78.4 – ‘G’ (Term 1 marks : 72.1)

2.    Malireddy Chandra Sekhar : 78 – ‘I’ (Term 1 marks : 66.8)

3.    Shradha Dash : 77.8 – ‘C’

4.    Juhi Sankhla : 77.6 – ‘E’ (Term 1 marks : 66.4)

5.    Rashmi Rekha Patra : 76.8 – ‘E’

6.    Shaik Siraz : 76.8 – ‘C’

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS:

Ø  3 of them as mentioned above have shown an excellent jump & improvement from their Term 1 marks. (Term 1 marks of the other 3 aren’t with me but I’m sure they’ve gone up the ladder too)

Ø  Mohit Bhandary’s (‘I’) was the 50th talk of the term given in other sections.

Ø  Sandhya Sharma also from ‘I’ was the last one to do so (52nd) & was an exception since her presentation (Part of the syllabus topic that was given by me) couldn’t be done in her section due to lack of time! She took that ‘last minute’ opportunity without backing out!

Ø  Pallavi Roy : ‘C’, Vinay Kumar : ‘E’, Juhi Sankhla : ‘E’, Rashmi Rekha Patra : ‘E’ & Mohit Bhandary : ‘I’ managed to give their presentations in 4  different sections including their own.

Ø  P. Saroja from Section ‘E’ actually made ‘6 colored hats’ while doing her presentation on ‘Lateral Thinking’! Extra effort is always welcome.

Ø  10 People namely Naga Vijay Sai, Ritika Sharma, Anushree Ghosh, Aarushi, Karan Datta, Abiramalakshmi, Shruti Srivastava,  Jay Bhupendra Raiththa, Rafeeq Raz Afzal Mohammed & Shubhangi Mohan came from sections other than C, E G & I to give presentations!

Ø  Of these 10, Shubhangi Mohan from ‘L’ section who was not even part of any of my sections (Neither in Term 1 nor Term 2) was the only one who actually volunteered to give a presentation in another section which is highly commendable & appreciated!

Also covered TERM 2 TOPICS from the syllabus / handouts sent:

Ø  Emotional Intelligence (Reaction & Response, AMYGDALA hijack)

Ø  Interpersonal Skills (JOHARI WINDOW)

Ø  Leadership

Ø  Leadership & Management

Ø  Types of leadership (Styles)

Ø  Lateral Thinking (6 Hats)

Ø  Acceptable use of Social Media by Bank Employees

Ø  Values

Ø  Transaction Analysis

Ø  Time Management Matrix

Ø  GOAL setting

Etc…

With Best Wishes to all for a great career!
