Did anyone else with a CIMB mortgage receive a letter asking them to confirm whether or not they were in occupation of their apartment?
Sounds like "left hand" and "right hand" etc!!!!
I have replied saying property not yet handed over

HaHa i just looked at the letter & wrote IDIOTS on the top of it & put it in my CIMB file :) So much for us getting CIMB "involved" in getting some progress with RK Group!

Hi Jonathon, after much discussion with CIMB bank iv negotiated a 50% reduction in payments until Nov 1st. My intention is to stop all payments after this unless of course it looks like we are due to receive handover as promised for Dec 31st. But for any further delays im out, its throwing good money after bad.
