There has been a small change. Your accommodation has been taken care of at Hotel IBIS however the Context steeling session by Mr. Rajesh Dahiya (Head HR) and Mr C Babu Joseph (CEO- ABF) will be at Hotel Orchid, starting 5:30 PM on Sunday 15 Dec '13.

Dear All,

As you are aware, the Rural Immersion Stint under the Axis Ahead Program is scheduled from 16^th Dec- 28^thDec’13. Details for the same are as below:

Objective:

The stint has been planned with an objective to exposure you to the rural economy while taking you through the processes of self-reflection, to become more responsible and socially sensitive corporate citizens.

Stint Duration: 16^th Dec- 28^th Dec’13

Venue:  Purushwadi, Dehna, Walvandaand Jawhar

Travel: You are required to get your air tickets booked back to Mumbai for Sunday, 15 Dec'13 asap. Approval for the same is as below. Make sure that you reach Mumbai latest by 2:00 PM on the 15 Dec'13. Travel from Mumbai to the respective locations and back has also been taken care of. Details will be share on Sunday, 15^thDec’13.

Accommodation: Hotel Ibis has been booked for the 32 of you on single/triple occupancy for Sunday, 15^thDec’13. Accommodation for the rural immersion stint (from 16^thDec- 27^th Dec’13) at the identified locations has been taken care of.

Reporting time: You are required to be report at the conference room in Hotel Ibis on Sunday, 15^thDec’13 at 5:30 PM sharp. Mr. Rajesh Dahiya (Head HR), Mr C Babu Joseph (CEO- ABF), Mr. Raul Rebello (VP- Rural & Inclusive Banking) and a few members from our partner NGO’s will be interacting with you before you begin with the stint.

Agenda: The detail agenda, expectations from MT’s, do’s & don’ts during the stint, pre-requisites, things to carry etc, shall be shared soon.

Performance: Your performance during this stint will be evaluated and will contribute to your overall rating.
