Well a quick check before you guys get on board:

 

1. Travel:

Hope all of you have received your tickets and there is no confusion around the same.

 

2. Accommodation:

As communicated earlier, your accommodation has been arranged at Hotel IBIS from the 9^th June 2013 to 8^th July 2013. The address for the same is as below:

The hotel will provide you a pick and drop service to Axis House. For the same request you to assemble in the Hotel lobby latest by 8:00 AM, on 10^th June 2013

 

3. Reporting details at Axis Bank

We would be expecting you at Axis House, on the Monday 10^th June 2013, at 10:00 AM. You are requested to assemble in the learning room on the ground floor. The security shall guide you to same.

                · Joining Docket (Download from TMI website- duly signed)

                · 2 Photograph

                · PAN Card

                · Proof of Date of Birth                

                · Address Proof

                · Academic Certificate (10th)

                · Academic Certificate (12th)

                · Academic Certificate (Graduation)

                · Post Graduation Certificate (If any)

                · Caste Certificate (If applicable)

                · Relieving letter from previous employer

                · Resignation Acceptance

 

b. Bank Account creation:

                · 3 Photo ID Proof

                · 3 Pan Card copies

                · 3 Passport size pictures

 

c. Cell phone connection:

                · 2 Photo ID Proof ( Passport, Pan Card)

                · 2 Passport size pictures
