Hi,
As far as the On Boarding is concerned, you are expected to use Internet Explorer, it should resolve the problems regarding your uploads and drop down boxes. However if you still face any other problem, do get in touch with the help line number provided on the portal, they should be able to guide you:
040-30160400 (Centre timing's are from 10:00am to 6:00pm from Monday to Friday)
