This is to remind you that new joinees are expected to update the details of their dependents in HRMS within 60 days from the date of Joining for Group Mediclaim Purpose

Please ensure to add details of your dependants immediately at the following path.
Path: HRMS/Employee Self Service/My Benefits/Dependents under Group Mediclaim

Please understand that insurance company will not be able to settle claim of dependants if their details are not available at the time of a claim and this may cause financial losses to you.

You may raise a request though HRMS>Axis Bank Helpdesk>Axis Global Helpdesk for further clarification.

Ignore this mail if you have already added your dependants OR if you have no dependants to add for this financial year.
