to Axiom Stack Announce
We're happy to announce a new version of Axiom Stack. This release
includes a lot in the way of fixes and improvements. You can get a
more detailed look at the release at http://axiomstack.com/download/axiom-stack-328,
but here is a quick list of what you'll find:
- The ability to run Axiom Stack without the ImageMagick dependecy
- A fix to allow you to start Axiom Stack on any platform by
guessing the location of the JRE
- Better File and Image support
- Better error handling and logging
- Easier object removal
- Better documentation

Along with this release of the stack we're launching a new Stack site.
This is mainly a redesign of the original with a few modifications. A
couple things to note about it:
- Search: We felt, since we are based on search, that search was
important for us to integrate into our site. Thus, we've done so.
- Documentation: We've been asked and we've asked ourselves.
Finally, it exists. Also, it's searchable. Try it out and see. And, we
are keeping archived docs on the site as well. You need to be able to
see what docs are available for your version of Axiom Stack. Here you
go.

- Community: We've changed how this works a bit. We have moved from
having forums within our site to having a Google Group. You can find
it here: http://groups.google.com/group/axiom-stack.
- Releases: We're organizing releases into...releases. So, you'll
find release notes, docs, and downloads available on a per release
basis. Archives of the release are available on the Downloads page:
http://www.axiomstack.com/download.

Overall, we're really excited about the new release and site. We think
you will be too. Let us know what you think of at our discussion group
(http://groups.google.com/group/axiom-stack).
