Errors on compiling Axiis_Example Project in FlashBuilder

Hi All,
I'm getting below error on compling the Axiis_Examples Project in
Flash builder 4.
Flash Builder cannot locate the required version of Adobe Flash
Player. You might need to install the Flash Player or reinstall Flash
Builder.
Do you want to try to run your application with the current version?
I have tried compiling the project with 3.5 and 4.1 SDK.
With SDK 4.1 i'm getting below error in WedgeStackChartExample.mxml
Initializer for property 'states' is not allowed here.
What should i do to get this working?
