The ClearQuest extension is assuming there is only one repository
connection.
If an environment have more then one repository, the extension is not
functioning, as it's using the default connection (repository 7.0.0 or
whatever version of CQ is in use, and user db MASTR).
This should be remidiate, by allowing the user to select the
repository connection as well as the user db.
