Hi,

If you would like to contribute to one of the AXF projects that are hosted on Google Code, you will have to work with SVN (Subversion) as your version control system.

After doing some research, we have found that one of the easiest ways to use SVN is by installing TortoiseSVN (http://tortoisesvn.tigris.org/).

Here's a short description of TortoiseSVN from their web site:

TortoiseSVN is a really easy to use Revision control / version control / source control software for Windows.
Since it's not an integration for a specific IDE you can use it with whatever development tools you like.
TortoiseSVN is free to use. You don't need to get a loan or pay a full years salary to use it.

We've also found this little blog post, which will get you started quickly with TortoiseSVN and Google Code projects:

One point to remember is that anyone can checkout the project, but if you would like to commit changes, you will have to become a member of that specific project. In order to do that, you can send an email to a...@watchfire.com , asking to be added as a project member.

If you have any questions, you can publish them in this Group (AXF General Discussion).

Thank You.
