Just for completeness, use ansible.cfg for configurations so AWX can pick them up form a SCM project, but you can't use/change the stdout plugin - https://docs.ansible.com/ansible-tower/latest/html/administration/tipsandtricks.html#using-callback-plugins-with-tower
