Ingress resource:Scheduled for sync

Hi All,

I am trying to configure https for AWX tower

Ingress resource is showing "scheduled for sync"

Events:

  Type    Reason  Age                  From                      Message

  ----    ------  ----                 ----                      -------

  Normal  Sync    39m (x2 over 3d20h)  nginx-ingress-controller  Scheduled for sync

AWX deployment created ingress resource at the time of deployment.

Ingress controller is running

ingress-nginx-controller-7d98fb5bd-7grc5   1/1     Running

There is no abnormal log in any pods though i can access the AWX tower using service Nodeport

Ingress controller picking Ip from metallb l2 loadbalancer

Please help me to resolve this issue and also suggest incase there is any alternate way to archive https access
