AWX Jobs fail because it "failed to add conmon to cgroupfs" (19.5.0)

Hi there

We have a docker devel environment on version 19.5.0. We encountered a problem where jobs fail after a restart of the environment because it apparently "failed to add conmon to cgroupfs sandbox cgroup". We are at a loss from where his error comes from and are interested if someone could give us some pointers.

Host system OS:

Debian 11

Error message:

WARN[0024] Failed to add conmon to cgroupfs sandbox cgroup: write /sys/fs/cgroup/libpod_parent/conmon/cgroup.procs: write /sys/fs/cgroup/libpod_parent/conmon/cgroup.procs: no such file or directory

Error: writing file `/sys/fs/cgroup/libpod_parent/libpod-8b1c2c2bb82ca95c3cbf1f77e5c2586c99b9f391d2a96162910731caf9f31452/cgroup.procs`: No such file or directory: OCI runtime attempted to invoke a command that was not found

When does the error occur:

After restarting the AWX environment on any job (default awx-ee and custom awx-ee).
