AWX GUI-Ping module not working with hostname

Hello,

I'm unable to ping linux VM through AWX GUI..

 Error: msg": "Failed to connect to the host via ssh: ssh: Could not resolve hostname : Name or service not known"  

However, I am able to ping through IP address.

Does anyone encounter Similar the issue before? Please do help me.

Sort out your DNS config so it can resolve hostnames.
