Create a web application with the following tasks


1) User Registration form {fields: First name, last name, username,
password, address, a submit button, and a label message}
2) Create a database (MS Access or SQL server) and insert the values
after creating a connection.


Discuss any issues on this forum or wikispaces.
Additionally we will go through it in the next class.
