DNS configuration

Hi There,

I have an instance of R2008 which I have configured and I stop and start it regularly. I also have a domain name which I have registered with a third party. 

What I would like to do is to point that instance of R2008 to my domain name, such that everytime I start the instance, the DNS is somehow updated to reflect the new IP address.

One solution is to use elastic IP but I have found out that if you stop the instance and restart it, then the association between the elastic IP and the instance is lost (ie. a new IP address is allocated to the instance).

Can someone point me in the right direction?
