lasting and elegant
finish

I first tasted this,
two things
occurred:
1.) This
beats just about any
red Burgundy (or
Pinot Noir) at its
price; and
2.) If
these guys were in
Burgundy, they’d be
international
superstars – not
just local cult
favorites.

Sauvignon with

Sonoma with a
97-point score (and
Double gold Medal

flowers, and citrus

enjoyable sparkling
wine alone but also
pairs well with
shellfish, caviar,
seafood, chicken,
roasted pork, pâté,
