Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, particularly in building and integrating AI Agents. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in backend and frontend development, cloud-based architectures, and data persistence using MongoDB.

You will be responsible for developing intelligent, scalable systems that enable Agent-to-Agent integration, leveraging AWS services and modern full stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java Full Stack applications using frameworks like Spring Boot and React/Angular.
• Build and deploy Python-based agents capable of automation, communication, and task execution.
• Implement Agent-to-Agent integration using APIs, message queues, or event-driven architectures.
• Develop RESTful and gRPC APIs for cross-agent communication.
• Work with MongoDB for schema design, data modeling, and optimization.
• Integrate with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and ECS for cloud-native deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI/ML, DevOps, Frontend) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of the integrated agent systems.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices).
• Solid hands-on experience in Python, especially in agent development (AI or automation-based).
• Knowledge of Agent-to-Agent integration patterns.
• Experience with MongoDB (queries, aggregations, indexing).
• Strong knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, SNS/SQS).
• Good understanding of asynchronous communication, message queues, and event-driven design.
• Frontend development experience with React / Angular / TypeScript is a plus.
