Rowell and I are currently discussing the design layout for the
suicide guidelines.

We have a couple of questions:

1) What is the maximum page number for the pamphlet?
2) How many number of folds are we allowed to make? Can we make a
three-fold pamphlet, or should we strictly follow the sample two-fold
layout that you provided?
3) Can we use other applications or software besides Microsoft Word?
Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Publisher, for example?
4) What paper size should we use? Legal? Letter? A4?
5) Can we add borders and/or lines on our layout?
6) Should the Filipino and English pamphlets have a uniform layout?
7) Can we change the background color, or should it be white?

Good day, Ms. Gayle :)

Gee Jay and I would like to inform you that we have just finished
creating a new layout for the Suicide Guidelines for the Phlippines.
Where/how should we submit the files? The total size is large so it's
hard to email the files as attachments. Perhaps we could upload the
files on a third-party host?

And also, I mentioned in MyPortal that we also like to join the pilot
testing - you agreed. However, we would not be taking the 2 out of 4
slots. We just want to be there if it's fine with you and Prof
Dinah...and with the other 4 volunteers as well. ^_^

Thanks for trying your best to meet the deadline.
I was wondering if it is possible for you to upload the guidelines in
MyPortal.
No problem about joining the pilot testing. The more the merrier.
See you on the 30th, Learning Center in Diliman, 1:30 pm.
