Just wanted to find out what is the going rate for a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom apartment in this colony currently?

If you want to shift from one tower to another , think twice, it is a society of frustrated  & corrupt  army men.57% hike in maintenance in 10 months.
 
Three bed room  rent is 20K.
