Hi All,

 

As we all are aware there is a case going on in the court against Rathee by Karnav Talwar and one more tenant.

 

They have a hearing on 3rd and need some support from us to fight this case. In terms of witnesses in the court. I am not sure what is the layers fee but I think we should support them in the same as well.

 

Pls let me know what do you think so that we can talk to them tomorrow and can do the needful.

DR MANMOHAN SINGH GOVT has not given us the inflation as much as this RATHEE WELFARE ASSOCIATION -RWA & REALLY WORTHLESS ASSOCIATION -RWA  has gifted us , if we considersame period. No difference between Builder doing maintenance and being done by RWA -SISPAL VIHAR.

Pl note maintenance charge

1) when i took L-705 on rental accomodation in Nov11 , maintenance charge =Rs.1900/-

2) wef May12, it got increased to Rs.2500/-

3)wef Sept13, again it got revised by Rs.500/- ( New rate will be Rs.3000/-approx).

Should we approach LOKAYUKT for the same.

The best help will be that we all supprt Kanav in the court case tom by turning out in large numbers just like the other day when we all including women gathered together and sent him to jail.
Tommorow's court case is very impportant. The judge will believe in us if he sees so many people come to witness against him. He will know thay so many people can't be lying and that will help our case and Rathee will be behind bars.

She came to the police stn that night when we all were at the stn after the police brought Rathee to the stn.

Another one from our favorite RWA president... Grocery shop vendors from out side of sispal vihar will not be allowed to home deliver orders to sispal residents.... Sispal residents are suppose to buy stuff from society shops...

Yesterday, they denied entry to our Bisleri delivery guy, today, our Kirana shop from south city market became victim...

Anyone else facing this problem...?

Yes. The ones internally will not deliver to home and outside vendors are not allowed. So disabled people like me are stranded. Other then going out and buying things with some help, the only way other choice is to starve. But then who cares

The home needz guy is also rude joining the rude duo of milkman and vegetable guy.

Doesn't it comes under monopolistic law.

But then do we have a choice

Well... Whatever happened to freedom to choose, that's our basic right, isn't it???

I had to make sure I get everything available at home for my pregnant wife as there will be no one to take care in my absence.

Yes it dooes come under MRTP - monopolies and restrictive trade practise act.

A complaint needs to be made .

WOW...... Now after some days even we would not be allowed to purchase grocery from outside shops and enter in the society..... They will search our cars and bags first at the entrance gate and if we have anything in there we would be barred from entering the society....

Well, I have already notified my landlord of my decision to move out of the society in another couple of months. I will be soon starting house hunting in neighboring societies/localities and will share my inputs with all.

Same thing happened with me yesterday they would not allow the water supplier or the shop boy from south city market even after me speaking to the guard at the gate to allow him as i did not have water,

I am telling yu all - just stop buying froom inside, create a pressure on the stores and let them knoow the reason and they will inturn ask rwa to allow outside vendors. That way the shops inside will maake some money atleast

The only to solve problem is to realize the RWA---Stop buying items from AWHO Society shops.
They can not stop medicine delivery/LPG Delivery etc.
To make it more effective it has to be in mass.

With a majority of owners not supporting their tenants and tenants having no say in RWA matters, do you really think anything can immediately work out ? Its not an escape route, let me say that, but since I do not have any vested interests here, I'm just moving to greener pastures :)

The best help will be that we all supprt Kanav in the court case tom by turning out in large numbers just like the other day when we all including women gathered together and sent him to jail.
Tommorow's court case is very impportant. The judge will believe in us if he sees so many people come to witness against him. He will know thay so many people can't be lying and that will help our case and Rathee will be behind bars.

Pl note maintenance charge
1) when i took L-705 on rental accomodation in Nov11 , maintenance charge =Rs.1900/-
2) wef May12, it got increased to Rs.2500/-
3)wef Sept13, again it got revised by Rs.500/- ( New rate will be Rs.3000/-approx).
Should we approach LOKAYUKT for the same.

There is no logic.  I had a soda delivered on Sunday and they were asking to make a slip of 2000 for goods delivery. 
 
When I became rude they let the guy in.

Yes. The ones internally will not deliver to home and outside vendors are not allowed. So disabled people like me are stranded. Other then going out and buying things with some help, the only way other choice is to starve. But then who cares

WOW...... Now after some days even we would not be allowed to purchase grocery from outside shops and enter in the society..... They will search our cars and bags first at the entrance gate and if we have anything in there we would be barred from entering the society....

I guess this is more to do with the security supervisor's instructions than anyone else. He has been demanding favours from other vendors for giving a gate pass.

Has anyone brought up this topic with the RWA for comments?

Shouldn't we be collectively talk to rwa also to contest their decision, citing inconvenience, market competition, legal etc. As it is there is no notice taken out declaring this.
This can be an immediate relief step as the realisation of loss of revenue due to our non buying will take longer n will tax sr citizens, working & disable people if they end up buying everything from outside, we r limiting our own convenience
What say we meet on sat morning at 10?
