General Ravi Sir,  I thought I was the only one who thought and name Gurjinder Vihar was discussed within the family as my daughter did ask me as to who  Gurjinder (no offences to anyone) was when the whole family went there to take possession of the flat. I am all for a change in the name which should be exclusive yet should be concerned with army. May be suggestions can be asked from members. Sirs, Army or Sena word in the name adds upto a lot in a colony, efficient and disciplined way of life, no bias, polished society. Strongly recommended that the name be changed. I.m sure that this would be the concern of majority of flat owners. May I suggest that rather than using this as an advertising portal we could request the group moderator to create a thread for this. Most important would be the norms or the tenants. Already the place is infested with students who are spoiling the lifts ( Scrating their names on the stainless steel walls and creating a muck around the area. There is no dearth of so called property dealers and PG hostel managers who are taking your flat for 6-7 thousand and in turn charging 2-2.5 thousand per student (6-8 students =15000/- for each flat). The minimum welfare that can be extended by the AWHO is not to furnish our email addresses and negotiate directly with the College authorities in order to provide maint security and accn in a mutually beneficial manner.
