ERRATIC POWER SUPPLY DAMAGING DOMESTIC APPLIANCES?

Gentlemen, 

       Recently for past week or ten days I have found the power Sup to be erratic which has resulted in burning out of the stabiliser, fusing of the light bulbs fusing, erratic working of the fridges, at times ceiling fans going "hyper" without using regulators etc. 

2.     i want to know if some other residents have experienced this sort of situation. Kindly intimate your block too. For this might be isolated to block 1A. (electrical suppply equipment of 1A block is faulty).

3.     I will request for Any information on the subject to facilitate re-dressal.
