Dear Mr Arora,

My father was in Army and has expired. His Army Welfare Housing Organization (AWHO) flat in Ludhiana was on Power of Attorney which has to be transferred in my name. Want to know the procedure of Transfer in AWHO?? Please help with your guidance. My mobile number is 9717493309.,

Dear Sir,

Contact AWHO, they will give you a set of papers (if you need I have them with me).

Once these papers are prepared and submitted to AWHO, the house will be transferred in your name.

You then need to approach with AWHO's NOC to the registring authority along with the power of attorney to get it registered in your name.
