I own a property at Gurjinder Vihar but not staying there. Children settled abroad and wife passed away. I wish to dispose the property, would some one please guide me as to how do I go about it? What are the formalities and other details? Thanks . Col Naresh kumar, veteran

Thanks for the info. What are the formalities? How do I get clearance from awho. Am I required to pay any exit charges to awho/RWA. Please help. Wishes n regards

I think it is better if contact a property consultant who will guide you on all aspects of sale . Col Pandey in central market is the one I can suggest . We had directed a friend of ours for a similar purpose to him some time back , and I think they were happy . This is only a suggestion, you may examine .
