1. ​Lohri is basically a Family/ Mohalla function and cannot be celebrated for an entire Township in one place, For it involves celebration of Births of, Marriages and other happy events in the family and highest level is of a neighbour hood function.

2. Hence it does not lend itself for celebration at the Township level, and Residents will be far more happy if they were allowed Block Level or Group of Blocks level Bon-Fires.

3. Hence it will be a more harmonious solution if residents are permitted Lohri celebrations with block/group of blosks level Bon-fires.

4. This will help prevent high level adm hastles, and give residents a feeling of managing their own affairs.
