हर संगठन अपने आप में स्वतंत्र है । उनके ऊपर क्षेत्रीय, प्रान्तीय संगठन न बनेंगे । केन्द्र से जो प्रकाश मिलता है उसके अनुरूप दिशा निर्धारित करने में यह संगठन सहायता ले सकते हैं । किसी तरह का बंधन उसके साथ भी नहीं हैं । युग निर्माण योजना एक विचार-पद्धति एवं कार्य पद्धति-मात्र है । उसे बन्धनात्मक झंझटों में जकड़ा नहीं गया है । स्थानीय संगठन ही इसके लिए पर्याप्त हैं । प्राचीनकाल में सभी धर्म, सम्प्रदाय एवं आन्दोलन इसी आधार पर चलते और फलते-फूलते थे । आज जब से डेमोक्रेसी की सरकारी पद्धति धर्म संगठनों और संस्थाओं में घुस पड़ी है तब से जो पदलोलुपता का रोग सरकारों में, वही इन संगठनों में भी घुस पड़ा और धूर्त लोग अपने स्वार्थ साधने के लिए इस तंत्र का दुरुपयोग करने लगे हैं । हमें इस जंजाल से अपने संगठन-क्रम को सर्वथा बचाये रखना है । केवल छोटे स्थानीय संगठन ही पर्याप्त माने जायेंगे । उनका नैतिक एवं बौद्धिक मार्ग-दर्शन केन्द्र करेगा । हॉं, निर्धारित विचारधारा से प्रतिकूल आचरण अथवा प्रमाद करने पर प्रतिबंध रहेगा । ऐसे संगठनों को बिरादरी से बहिष्कृत करने का दण्ड दिया जा सकेगा। -पं. श्रीराम शर्मा आचार्य युग निर्माण योजना - दर्शन, स्वरूप व कार्यक्रम-६६ (३.२६)

Every organization is free and autonomous in itself. There will be no regional or provincial organizations ruling over them. These organizations may take direction, inspiration, and guidance from the center, in order to set their direction according to the philosophy of our center. This guidance, however, shall have no conditions. Our movement for creating a new era is a system: it is a philosophical blueprint, a prescription of a new way of thinking and a new way of conducting ourselves. This system is clear of any rules and restrictions. Local organizations and chapters are sufficient for this purpose. In ancient times, all religions, sects, and movements functioned without rules, restrictions, and governance. Ever since the everyday politics of democratic governance has creeped into religious organizations, the desire for personal gain and higher status has led to corrupt practices that abuse the system, just like in politics. Under and and all conditions, we must protect our organization from such troubles. Local chapters are more than sufficient, with the center providing moral and spiritual guidance only.  Yes, practices that are clearly contrary to the central philosophy will be disallowed, in the form of exclusion of such centers from the organization.    -Pt.
