Holy Tuesday and Good Friday

We need to figure out when our call times are so we can plan accordingly the schedule for those days. Can someone please see what times the gym is available for these two dates ASAP so we can tell the cast/crew when call time is.

Other talks/testimonies/traditions we want to do before shows:

-the pulse

-break the notch machine

-Mig/Rube's testimonies (anyone else, if you want to do one, you still have time to think! :))

-maybe do a little reflection on the song "I Can Only Imagine" and tie it to the story.

-(add any others if i'm forgetting)

I just talked with Auntie Gene as she is the person to talk to for using the GYM, not the parish rectory. She said she will get back to me tomorrow. I will call and double check with her though and let you all know what's up.

*sigh* I just talked with Auntie Gene this morning how the gym was messy, the tables, and the garbage was not taken out. The principle just talked with auntie. Anyways, I tried seeing if the principle was there but she is out on a meeting so I will be meeting up with her tomorrow. We won't find out until the principle decides if we are capable of having the gym for use. Auntie said that we might have to use the narthex if it comes down to a no for us. I'm thinking that we should ask Auntie Trini for opening up her house for us gettting ready as a backup? If so, can someone who has her number call her? I don't have it.

Whaaaaaat? We cleaned up!!!! It wasn't even our trash. It was the trash from the miracles. Several of us walked around and picked up. That's so not fair. This is going way to far.

Ok so schedule for tomorrow:
We're very limited with time, so I propose this:

3:30-6:00 - change into costumes, put on makeup. during this time, pull people aside to work on specific scenes/improvements (see notes on other email with changes and improvements)
6:00-6:30 - pep talks - notch machine, second show slump, mig's testimony, prayer

Sounds great! A litte FYI, here's the schedule before mass tomorrow according to the website:

• 6:00 pm – Meditation Rosary
• 6:30 pm – Way of the Cross
• 7:00 pm – Evening Holy Mass
• 7:30 pm – Passion Play

So, we should make sure we leave Auntie Trini's house by 6:30p.

Also, I think we should do as we've done in the past and meet outside the church after communion to "rally the troops."

Personally, I don't know if we need to meet after communion. I'd rather have them attend the whole mass.
That's just me though.

yeah. the trash in the garbage was not ours. the tables that got moved were done so by the people who set up for the miracles. during clean up i asked them where to put the tables and we placed them back where they told us to. does the school principal know that we were not the only ones to use the gym on saturday? i think that should be brought up, because at this point we are getting blamed and punished for things that we had nothing to do with.

I hope the principle knows! I will definitely talk with her tomorrow cuz i had to make an appointment to see her. Anyways, i'll let her know what's up cuz it really was the mess for the miracles of Jesus.

If necessary, you guys can rally them up on tues after communion to go over last minute details unless before heading to the church they have a solid idea of what to do and who to help out. I am fine with either. I'd say that since we are giving them their prep before the church that they should be alright.

All I know is that for Good Friday, we definitely take them out after communion to give them one last prep.

I'm fine either way with or without meeting after communion, but can we just make sure that we are telling them to go to mass that we also all attend mass as well.
