Meeting with principal

hey guys,

I know that Passion Play tonight went super awesome so I can't wait
for Good Friday to be Super Duper Awesome! Anyways, I just wanted to
fill you guys in on what happened today meeting with principal Kealy.

So, I printed out 3 pictures from our group picture and I gave her one
along with a letter that described how sorry we are. I talked to for
almost 40 minutes and I told her how we want to make peace and that we
humbly ask for her forgiveness. There were many things but I can't
really remember fully right now, but all I know is that she is happy
that we talked with her. She wants to watch Passion Play either today
or Good Friday, so i don't know which but if a young white lady with
glasses talk to you that was her. She did want my number to call me if
she ever wanted to talk about having us use the school or parish
facilities again. Just FYI, after this week, the church will be
responsible for the school facilities and parish again so we wouldn't
have to deal with the principal.

I didn't get any response if we can use the gym but since Auntie Gene
said we can use it on Good Friday, then I say we should take advantage
of it b/c it will be very much needed. Also, I am going to post on
facebook to anyone who doesn't want to attend the service and just
want to watch the play can chill by the gym until the service is over
so it won't be impacted and everything like Fr. Jess wants.

I can't wait to hear about how tonight went! =) thank you everyone for
being there and helping out. I"m sorry I couldn't be there but I
lifted up a prayer for you all!

oh and the letter I gave her was CC to Fr. Jess but to whom is writing him one, don't worry the letter wasn't directed to him. Just wanted him to have the letter I sent the principal.

If we get to use the gym, I still want to implement the plan that those only attending the play stay in the gym while waiting. That means that if we get ready in the gym, we'll have to clean before others come in. I'll be making signs to instruct those coming. 

I can't wait to hear how everything went tonight!

I second Myra's idea. Also, in light of being able to use school facilities again. Maybe we should suggest to them having a before leaving checklist that all ministries who use their facilities have to abide if they want to use their facilities.
