I bought poster boards for tomorrow. I was thinking that in the middle of service, I'll put up a poster board that says:

"Attn: If you are here for the Passion Play and NOT the Good Friday service, please wait it the gym. We will notify you when the service is done. Thank you."

What do you think? I'll also have red 8 1/2 x 11 paper that directs people to the gym. I'll be going to noon service so that I can help guide people during the evening service. Here are some things I need:

  • AJ - Can you please triple check with auntie Gene that the gym will be open as the waiting room for passion play? What time will it be open for us? Do they mind if I put a poster board up at the entrance of the church directing people to the waiting room?
  • Can some else help me direct people? I need at least one person in the gym taking questions from those waiting and then one at the entrance of the church to tell people to go to the gym.
  • Should we have (meatless) refreshments in the gym? Simple cheese and crackers? Keeps people preoccupied.

Just got the "OK" to put up the sign and to use the GYM. I can be the person at the GYM making sure they are ok and everything. The time that we can use the gym is at 5pm till whenever. Also, I'm willing to donate money for refreshments too. And the slogan is good too.
