Campaign API

I'm wondering is it possible to have some kind of API call that
returns the campaigns for a specified api key.
Story is I'm developing a small front end for our users to easily
create links and want to make a drop down of available campaigns
dynamically created rather than having to hard code a new one in each
time a new one is started?
Any advice?

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. A campaign API is definitely on our list going forward. But for now, you can probably just use one of our v2 Data API endpoints to easily get a list of all the campaigns for which the current account has created links (although this would not return any campaigns that had been created via our GUI and had no links associated with them).
