Accessing stats

I'm trying to retrieve stats for several different shares from last
year and can't seem to pull the data. I just get an endless fetching
screen. What's up?

Hi Marc,

Are you trying to retrieve stats from the API or the web interface? If the latter, the best email for web interface issues is sup...@awe.sm (this group is primarily for API support).

Our APIs (and the web interface built on top of it) limit the length of the time period you can query in a single call. The limits vary based on how many links you want data on and how many links are on the account overall. And our web interface admittedly doesn't currently handle these limits in a helpful manner. But if you respond directly to me (or sup...@awe.sm) with the details of what you're trying to retrieve (and the queries that are failing), we can help you figure out the best way to get that data.
