awe.sm API Service Announcement: Data API Upgrade @ 10:30am PDT

Following our successful test last night, we are planning to move ahead with the full upgrade of the v1 Data APIs at 10:30am PDT today (i.e. in 30 minutes).

The only change you should see is faster response times from your current calls.

*** However, since the existing APIs are now going to be powered by a new back-end, there is the possibility that some less common queries may be broken by this upgrade. If you find any of your previously working stats queries starting to fail, please email devel...@awe.sm immediately. ***

Barring any issues, our plan is to make the upgrade permanent at 11:00am PDT on Friday, August 20 (i.e. in 20 hours). From that point forward, we will not be able to rollback the upgrade. So, please let us know if you have any questions or issues ASAP.
