Hi again,

Shortly after we began the planned outage of the create service at 11pm PDT yesterday, we discovered an issue that prevented us from completing the upgrade.

The good news is that our upgrade process allowed us to roll back to the current version and restore full service without any additional disruption. The bad news is that we need to plan another interruption of the create service to complete the upgrade as originally planned.

Again to minimize potential impact to you and your users, we are planning to start the upgrade at 11:00pm PDT (GMT -7) this Wednesday, August 25 (tomorrow). The service interruption will be identical to the one planned for yesterday, it is planned to last under 10 minutes and will only impact the creation of new links during that period. Redirections on existing links and access to stats will NOT be affected by this upgrade.

Please let us know ASAP if you have any questions or concerns regarding the above plan by replying to this email.

Our sincere apologies for the additional inconvenience,
- Team awe.sm

Hi, Anyone else not getting clicks data?  Looks like our click data stopped incrementing on 8/19.

Thanks,
-Mike

Awe.sm changed the way the API works.  It should still be sending click data, but delayed by about an 1 hour -- 1 hour and 59 minutes worst case scenario.  If you haven't received any clicks in the last seven days, it is likely a bug in their new system.
